All matters relating to the Site and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
